The French Revolution arrives at Piaf

To celebrate this emblematic date, Grand Velas Riviera Maya’s French restaurant is organizing a culinary festival in which acclaimed chef Claude Godard of Madison Bistro in New York will present a wide variety of special dishes to be served during the two-week event.

In celebration of the anniversary of the French Revolution on July 14th, restaurant Piaf will hold a two-week culinary festival from the July 11th-23rd, 2011.

The haute cuisine establishment, part of the Grand Velas Riviera Maya culinary tour, will be graced by the presence of French Chef Claude Godard of Madison Bistro in New York who will present gourmet creations to delight the palate at Piaf during the festival.

As part of this special celebration a presentation dinner will be held for the press on Saturday, July 9th to promote the festival and make it known to local clients and the Mexican public in general. On the 14th of July a tasting menu with wine pairings will be offered at an accessible price.
