Within traveling stories, this is my favorite one. Based on true events, it tells the story of a young man who makes the decision to travel alone to Alaska, only carrying a backpack and few objects; through his journey and stay in this place, he experiences many situations. In the end, this film leaves us a lesson: happiness is only real when shared.
Up
This is an animated film that tells the story of an elderly man, who achieves the dream of his life: to hook his house to balloons in order to fly South America.
This is one of those films that you say, “I will not cry, I will not cry” … but eventually, it happens.
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey
This is the first part of the trilogy of The Hobbit. Based on the book of the same name, it shows us a journey full of challenges for Bilbon Baggins, Gandalf and other characters. Throughout this film you will see incredible landscapes.
Wild
Following her divorce, the death of her mother and her self-destructive behavior, Cheryl Strayed decides to walk more than a thousand kilometers to find herself.
The Big Fish
If I had to describe this film in one word, it would be “fascinating”. Edward Bloom tells some stories of his life (adding some fantasy) before passing away: the places he visited when young, the people he met, among other experiences.

Another amazing movie, full of magic! This film shows one of the most romantic cities in the world. It inspires you to travel to different places, as it gives you the chance to see a remote city and visualize how it was in the past.

A young Guevara travels with his friend Alberto throughout the Americas, looking for some fun and adventure.
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
Walter has a monotonous job. He is the person in charge of printing photographs for a recognized journal; but thanks to his imagination, he transports himself to different places. One day, not finding the negatives of an important and famous photographer, he decides to travel the world to find him.
