The little red guidebook will be present in Mexico’s Best of France
From October 14th to the 18th, the best of French culinary art will be gathered at the exclusive Grand Velas Riviera Maya, offering an unprecedented dining experience. The restaurant, Piaf, will be at its best showing the culinary creativity and talent of leading chefs of the Gallic country.
The special dinner will consist of 10 courses with wine pairing. Each course will be prepared by one of the four members of the “Maîtres Cuisiniers de France” association: Michel Mustière (current Executive Chef of the resort and Piaf restaurant), Claude Godard, Claude Le Tohic and Christian Têtedoie. Some of the traditional French dishes that you will taste are: oyster over sea salt and orange flavours á la “granite”; gelatinized lobster with poached quail egg and Aquitaine caviar; King crab in thinned bittersweet turnip au rosemary, among others.
Piaf (awarded 4 Diamond by the AAA) is the perfect place for this gastronomic soirée, it provides an extravagant and delicate atmosphere that transports you to the Parisian luxury of the 1940s. It is located in the Grand Class adults-only ambience, and has one of the best views of the Mexican Caribbean.
