Playa del Carmen, Mexico (May 10, 2013) – Often called “the mother of tequila”, Mezcal is a distilled liquor made from the maguey plant, a form of agave. Just in time for summer, the cocktails feature fresh fruits, sometimes liqueurs, and one with a bite (“picante”).
